The Parke County Rail Trail Guidelines establish a countywide framework for safe, accessible, and resilient trail development. These standards will guide all future Parke Trails Alliance (PTA) trail construction efforts across Parke County, with the first application focused on a proposed 9-mile corridor connecting Rosedale and Rockville. Developed in close collaboration with local stakeholders, the guidelines are designed to ensure high-quality design and construction that serve residents while strengthening Parke County’s tourism and recreation network.
